From 01st July to 31th August minimum stay is 7 nights.

During the medium&high season, this kind of unit is bookable just from Saturday to Saturday.

The checkout from the unit has to be made before 10am.

In the accommodations it is forbidden to place tents outside and cars must be parked in their reserved place. Any variation must be requested and agreed with the Management.

No smoking inside the housing units. OFFENDERS will be charged € 300.00 per cleaning and disinfection.

No pets allowed.

Prices do not include tourist tax.

Taxes 10% I.V.A. are not included.

On demand: cradle, high chair, bed protection (for free); towels (for a fee).

For stays of at least 3 days, bed linen are included. Change of linen once a week.

Discounts and special offers cannot be accumulated and only applicable when payments are made in advance.
Hours of Cash Office: 8am - 12 / 4pm – 7pm
€ 10.00 will be charged by payments made out of opening hours.

Bank Check payments are NOT allowed. Any billing request must be communicated to the Cash Office on the day of arrival by supplying all the necessary data of the account holder.

Check out later than 12 o'clock noon, a full day rate will be charged.

From 11pm to 7.30am and from 1pm to 3pm the absolute silence is to be observed. In particular, the Management does not allow:
- Entry and exit of all motor vehicles and inside circulation, bicycles included.
- Use of sport and recreational facilities.
